Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package or generated through our portal onto the outside of the box.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
